Member Check-in System

Club Command pays for itself by stopping all past due, expired, and nonmembers from using your club. You can accurately track your member attendance and workouts with our automated check-in system. As a member scans their barcoded membership cards, the member’s information is pulled up on the screen for I.D. & account status verification.  If eligible, the member’s attendance is automatically recorded, otherwise, alert messages are displayed.

Built-in Membership Agreements

Your custom designed membership agreement is always at your fingertips, eliminating the need to have preprinted hard copy contracts made.  Club Command allows clubs to enter their membership data and print the member agreement at the point-of-sale for the member to sign.

Confirm appointments, contact absent members, promote products and events, and positively impact retention- all through regular and effective communication using Club Command. You can e-mail members directly from the software, print custom membership reports, and mailing labels. Club Command also allows owners to export membership information to a Microsoft Word Mail Merge or Excel format.

Club Command’s unique Point of Sale (POS) program is packed with time saving features. For clubs that sell merchandise and services, we have a complete POS and inventory control program. You can create your own products, scan products, print receipts, issue refunds, and process all sales transactions. Our POS program also allows for house-charges and gift credits.
